Yoga isn’t about fitness levels. Yoga is about increasing mindfulness, soothing body tension, and a temporary withdrawal from the madness. Yoga is for every body!
Knowing that we all move differently, my classes are designed to promote mind-body awareness through breathing techniques and proper alignment.
