Hi, my name is Sarah. I am a mom, a lover of yoga, and a CYT500 yoga instructor.
I was drawn to yoga over 15 years ago when I had 2 kids under the age of 2. In need of some space and peace, I began practicing sporadically, but in 2012 I was injured during a martial arts class. Unable to participate, the sitting still was killing me, so I started a daily practice of yoga which helped me recover and fueled my yogi passions.
Since 2016 I have been teaching Hatha-Vinyasa classes as a Certified Yoga Teacher, and in 2022 I completed my 300 training in Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga. I love sharing my yoga practice with novice yogis, and those more seasoned. Through clear instruction, encouragement, and a sense of humor I aim to make every class a beautiful experience for all students.
When not practicing, I find joy in being a mom to 2 nearly grown children, 1 pup and 3 rescue kitties, reading, baking and watching my beloved Boston Celtics play.
